Tarte à la Tomate

C'est la tarte de l'été.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper l'oignon en petits morceaux. Les faire revenir dans l'huile d'olive jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent translucides et un peu dorés.
  2. Pendant, ce temps, étaler la pâte brisée dans le moule à tarte, piquez la pâte avec une fourchette. Découpez les tomates en rondelles.
  3. Verser les oignons sur la pâte et déposer les rondelles de tomates. Salez, poivrez, mettez du thym ou autres persillades. Enfournez 30 mn au four Th. 210.
