Bolinho salgado que pode valer por uma refeição, com baixo nivel de carboidratos.

  1. Todos os ingredientes de uma vez só numa bacia, mexer com garfo. A porção do queijo ralado é colher de sopa. A sardinha pode ser substituída por tanta coisa, calabresa ou salame ou presunto ralados, latinha de atum, frango desfiado fininho, carne moída, tomate, azeitona, legumes refogados, é uma opção ótima para restodontê.
  2. Colocar em 6 forminhas de assar muffin/cupcake, encher quase toda a forminha, deixa tipo meio cm da linha da massa para a borda.
  3. Forno médio ou alto por 25-35 minutos, depende de cada forno, quando crescer e ficar dourado, só fazer o teste do palito, saiu seco está pronto.
