Nudeltopf

Nudeln mit Hackfleisch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hackfleisch im Topf mit etwas Öl anbraten, gewürfelte Zwiebel dazu geben und glasig dünsten. Tomatenmark dazu geben und etwas mitbraten. Nudeln und Fleischbrühe hinzu und bei geschlossenem Deckel 20 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme garen. Ab und zu umrühren.

Reviews 
gut..... dann eben ohne Salz, Pfeffer und Knoblauch. Statt Fleischbrühe (1 Liter macht das ganze so suppig....) hätte ich vielleicht noch passierte Tomaten und in Würfeln geschnittene Paprika dazugegeben. Auch gehören die Nudeln separat gekocht.
