Involtini di verza saporiti.

Directions
- Lavare le foglie di verza. Tenerne 3/4 intere, mentre le altre sminuzzarle con il cipollotto e lo speck. In un tegame mettere un filo di olio, aggiungere il cipollotto, lo speck, il vitello macinato e la verza sminuzzata, salare e cuocere il tutto per qualche minuto. Una volta cotto lasciare raffreddare e aggiungere il parmigiano. In una pentola portare ad ebollizione un po' d'acqua salare e lessare per qualche minuto le foglie intere.
- Una volta sbollentate, immergerle in acqua fredda, e asciugarle. Preparare gli involtini, fissandoli con uno stuzzicadenti. Infine rosolare gli involtini su un tegame con un filo d'olio e sfumare a piacere con un goccino di vino. Salare e servire.
