Pimentón Relleno con Queso

Estos pimientos son una perfecta manera de hacer algo fácil, rápido y demasiado rico.

Directions

  1. Abrir los pimientos y sacarles el relleno.
  2. Después poner un pedazo de queso dentro de cada uno de los pimentones.
  3. En un sartén bien caliente poner el aceite y agregar los pimentones. Tapar el sartén con una tapa de olla y dejar por 2 minutos. Dar vuelta los pimentones y dejar tapado por 2 minutos más.
