Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry

Healthy, fast and easy chicken stir fry.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In frying pan on medium-high heat, brown cut up chicken breast in the oil.
  2. Cook until no longer pink.
  3. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and water.
  4. Add sauce and the frozen vegetables to the chicken.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve with rice.

Reviews 
Sounds fast, easy, and healthy but I would cut the soy in half. Even with low sodium that is way too much. The honey sounds good...I agree.

Sounds tasty, but one CUP of soy sauce? That is a toooooon of sodium. I think I will try the honey part though.
