Panqueca de Banana, Aveia e Alfarroba

Directions

  1. Misturar todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e misturar tudo muito bem até ficar tudo devidamente uniforme.
  2. Aquecer uma crepeteira ou uma frigideira anti aderente e deitar 1/5 (1 panqueca) da totalidade do produto. Virar logo passados mais ou menos 30 segundos. Esperar de novo mais ou menos o mesmo tempo e retirar.
  3. Deixar arrefecer antes de consumir.
