Jitomates Rellenos de Atún

Receta sencilla y deliciosa, perfecta si estás buscando una comida completa y baja en calorías.

Directions

  1. Cortar los jitomates por la mitad, al tener las mitades se les quitará la semilla con una cuchara, dejando así espacio para poner la ensalada de atún.
  2. Tomaremos un recipiente para mezclar todos los ingredientes picados, el atún, cebolla, ajo, apio, Chile morrón, el jitomate picado y por último la crema. Se puede sazonar con pimienta y sal a gusto.
  3. Ya teniendo nuestra ensalada de atún mezclada y lista, se van a rellenar los jitomates, usaremos tres mitades como una porción.
  4. Se puede decorar con las hojitas de apio que quedaron para darle una mejor presentación.
