Crema hecha a base de calabacín y otras verduras de temporada.

Directions

  1. Picar la cebolla, el pimiento, el calabacín y la patata y sofreír todo en el aceite durante 10 minutos.
  2. Salpimentar y añadir dos vasos de agua. Dejar hervir durante 20 minutos.
  3. Añadir las 2 lonchas de queso hasta que se fundan. Pasar por la batidora y servir.
