Falafel Proteici

Falafel di ceci con aggiunta di proteine in polvere, non fritti.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mettere i ceci a bagno in acqua fresca per almeno 24h, altrimenti anche 36. Cambiare l'acqua spesso.
  2. Scolare e asciugare i ceci e metterli nel frullatore con il minestrone. Frullare a intervalli fino a ottenere un composto abbastanza omogeneo. Porre in una terrina e aggiungere le proteine in polvere e il sale, mescolare.
  3. Formare delle palline con le mani e sistemarle su una placca da forno con carta forno. Infornare i falafel a 180° per circa 30 minuti.
