Linsen Eintopf

Vegetarischer Linsen Eintopf.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Linsen aus der Dose in ein Sieb und diese dann mit Wasser Absieden bis das unten auslaufende Wasser klar wird. Zwiebel schneiden und mit dem Olivenöl in einen Topf. Die Zwiebel anbraten und das Mehl und den Suppenwürfel hinzufügen. Inhalt kurz anschwitzen lassen, danach unter ständigem Rühren (sonst Klumpen!) mit dem Sieb Wasser aufgießen (ca. 400ml). Danach Linsen hinzugeben. Abschmecken mit Salz und Pfeffer und mit 3 Lorbeerblättern verfeinern.
