Directions
- Skiva rödlök, vitlök, champinjonerna och squashen, strimla paprikan och halvera tomaterna.
- Hetta upp oljan i en stor stekpanna/wokpanna. Woka lök, vitlök och paprika ett par minuter.
- Tillsätt squash och svamp och vänd runt ett par minuter till.
- Blanda ner gröna blad, tomater och basilika, Smaka av med salt och peppar.
