Muffin Light Yogurt, Mele e Cannella

Directions

  1. Sbucciare e fare a pezzetti le mele, cospargere con un cucchiaino di cannella e un cucchiaino di zucchero, quindi metterle da parte.
  2. Montare a neve gli albumi, quindi aggiungere lo yogurt e il miele.
  3. Mischiare la farina con il lievito e la cannella residua e incorporare piano piano al composto fino ad amalgamare bene.
  4. Versare nei pirottini e cospargere con i pezzetti di mela.
  5. Infornare a 190° per dieci minuti, poi a 180° per altri 10 minuti.
  6. La farina bianca può essere sostituita con quella integrale o di mais. Lo yogurt greco può essere bianco o aromatizzato.
