Muffin Light Yogurt, Mele e Cannella
Ottimi muffin con poco più di cento Kcal l'uno.

Directions
- Sbucciare e fare a pezzetti le mele, cospargere con un cucchiaino di cannella e un cucchiaino di zucchero, quindi metterle da parte.
- Montare a neve gli albumi, quindi aggiungere lo yogurt e il miele.
- Mischiare la farina con il lievito e la cannella residua e incorporare piano piano al composto fino ad amalgamare bene.
- Versare nei pirottini e cospargere con i pezzetti di mela.
- Infornare a 190° per dieci minuti, poi a 180° per altri 10 minuti.
- La farina bianca può essere sostituita con quella integrale o di mais. Lo yogurt greco può essere bianco o aromatizzato.
