(早餐) 蘋果x1 + 大size水餃x9顆 (約250g)
(午餐) ❌早餐吃太好,午餐跳過沒吃。
(下午茶點) 雞蛋糕x2 + 奶油車輪餅x2
(晚餐) 老媽煮的虱目魚雞肉粥 x1大碗
74.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
