So i dont have regular access to a scale, so i was weighed in at the doc's lost 2lbs. I am really struggiling with this excerise. I found out today i have a tore meniscus on my left knee. I start physical therapy next week. Im still trying. I need to start finishing things for myself. Weight lose, quit smoking, just everything. So i start on chantix tomorrow. i planned my stop smoking date for march 9th. It would have been my fathers birthday if he was still here, and i can remember being a kid and wishing he didnt smoke so i never want my kids to say that even though i dont have children. So we will see!!! Lots of Big changes happening and its a lot to handle but im still positive....good luck to me and good luck to you.

first of all, congratulations on the 2 pounds - thats great! it must be empowering to know that no matter how stressed you are, youre on the right track and the weight IS coming off! dont get overwhelmed...just take it one day at a time. as for the exercise, dont stress out about it too much. while it is important and a great way to keep your body healthy, the weight will still come off if you tone down the exercise a bit. you dont want to overdo it! focus mostly on the diet plan and youll be shopping for new clothes in no time!!
