(早餐) 香蕉x1
(午餐) MOS咕咕雞堡x1 + 紅茶(M)x1
(下午茶點) 黑芝麻餅乾x1 + 草仔粿x1
(晚餐) 烤雞+叉燒肉 + 香菇肉丸x2 + 蔬菜貢丸湯x1

拜拜大餐日,感覺是熱量爆錶的一天... 晚餐過後,趕緊陪老媽泡茶,看能不能稍微挽救。只求明早體重輕虐 😅
