Not bad Not bad.
Went for a walk with my husband last night we did about an hour with half of it being a power walk. I've been doing a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Course so I have been tired this weekend but my hunny let me sleep in YEAH FOR ME!!!!
We plan on going for a bike ride this afternoon after I get some laundry done. Hopefully it doesn't rain like it's suppose to. Our bike ride is going to be about 10k(about 6 miles) going is not too bad becaused it will be mostly down hill but coming home will be a bugger as it is upphill all the way. Oh well work those buns baby!!!!
83.2 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
