Finally...progress!!! I've been exercising for almost a month, 5x a week & the scale has moved at last! I'm down almost 4 lbs. Yippee!!! This is EXACTLY the boost I've needed to continue my new healthy journey:)
88.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
