yeah. I'm back to loosing and not gaining. 21 more days to loose 7 lbs to go on my perfect vaction with my honey. Running seems to working well for me. hip hip horray.

70.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg. Still to go: 2.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.4 kg a Week
