Yeah, another pound gone!!! Two more days and I have been on atkins a total of 30 days.. 17lbs total so far. Seems slow and steady. I am so excited..
108.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
