📌低碳Day131~66.6(-13.3)
今天第一餐很健康自理
四季豆炒肉末。(但蒜碎調味太多)
鮪魚烘蛋。。好香阿
菠菜拌椰子油
鴻喜姑炒花椰菜拌鵝油辣椒
盡量多吃好油
晚餐忙碌吃火鍋
結果火鍋有點甜。似乎加了味素
糟糕肚子痛。老公是脖子緊酸
味素真可怕。以前我也是脖子緊
這是第一次吃到那麼多味素
原來我是肚子痛
66.6 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
