I have not been faithful to my diet plan. I am trying to get back on track to meet my goal to loose weight by my birthday August 11. I 47 days to drop 16 pounds.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
