Well, let’s see if it stays down this time. I’m attempting to be less neurotic about this .
I’m also starting a walking program. We have decided to go hiking for a week or two this summer:)
101.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
