What are you tracking? Simply weight? Or are you keeping tabs on your body fat percentage? When I started losing weight the first thing I did was replace pop with as much water as possible. And I craved a pop or something, I had a Gatorade(no more than 1 a day). I lost like 10% body fat over the course of 3 months.
Now I was trying to do cardio, getting my heart rate above 130, at least every other day as well.
Another thing that helped me was trying to constantly put health conscience magazines and YouTube videos in my head everyday. Everyday attitude is what will assure your fat loss will be successful.
