OK ENOUGH OF ME DOING IT MY WAY. I will begin tomorrow counting points, and using fatsecret.com for tracking. That is my short term goal.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

thanks, I'm sick of making excuses I have to get with it! Weight Watchers works, and I need to track, weigh and eat better. How are you doing?

just started ww today...my boyfriends 12 year old was doing it and she begged me to do it with her so we could count points together...I wanted to do it my way too lol...so I was on spark people counting calories, now she's lost 20 lbs and I've lost almost six and gained back 8 lol, so I guess it's time to do this...I'm not going to meetings though too expensive I did good today...done with my points and I REALLY want a snack now! lol

it's hard, but it's dooable...I had a meeting tonight, and it's amazing if we just could follow the rules...we'd loose exactly the right way...slow and steady. OK>>>Let's make a pack to follow the rules of Weight Watchers...Stop being rebels...LOL!
