I don't know why my weight is fluctuating so much. Seems I lose weight when I cheat, & put on weight when in I'm good! I don't know what to do... 😞 where am I going wrong?
112.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

I have experienced that it could take up to a week for your choice of meals to affect your weigh in.

could be that when you eat right you maintaining your muscle mass and loosing fat which weighs very little. But when you eat wrong you loose muscle mass which weighs a lot and keeping fat. try ditch the scale and rather measure your cm loss/increase...

You will also find that what you eat today, will show up on the scale about 7 to 10 days from now, so bear that in mind. keep at it.. it's hard I know when you pick up weight or stay the same. As long as there is more good than bad, you are doing well!
