I did much better this week than last week. I have come to the conclusion that I have to add more fresh vegetables to my diet. So far I still haven't had any of my favorite foods like macaroni & cheese, Fettucine Alfredo, cookie, and popeyes chicken.
126.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
