I cheated yesterday, I took a couple of bites out of my boss' homemade strawberry vanilla cake. Despite my understanding that this is terrible for me, I couldn't quite extinguish the pure pleasure of rolling those few bites around in my mouth. I guess the lesson to be learnt is that once i achieve my goal weight, I will also need to be moderate and slowly reintroduce some culinary delights into my diet too, in moderation of course.
