今天回娘家外出大吃囉
豬排餐。雞腿排餐。咖哩雞飯
不能吃的鬆餅。水果茶都少酌一些
希望明天別可怕的提升太多體重
外餐跟舅舅家人聊天太久
8點多才買雞排雞皮燙青菜吃
70 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
