低碳Day46~72.6(-7.3)
呵一切是幻覺,昨天不敢po體重
73.8著實多了1.7公斤@@
兩顆蛋糕多了這麼多,水斷16小時
好險老師說碳水有兩個水
正常恢復低碳就會不見了
真的回來了。早餐吃很飽
如圖^^麵包抹油油的奶酪
木耳蛋一大盤,菜一大盤
還有麻辣白醬煮蒟蒻麵
72.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
