低碳Day35~73.6(-6.3)
吃了早餐,中餐不餓
3點亂吃,就沒吃晚餐了
跟員員做了餅乾。但不好吃哈
好累睡覺了
73.6 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
