肚圍104(-4)腰圍102(-1)
今早吃鮭魚配麵包一個
黑咖啡兩杯油油煎蛋兩個
吃什麼忘了。10點吃了早餐
3點才吃中餐。吃三盤菜一盤魚哈
晚上跟小孩剝生咖啡豆。不餓就沒吃
76.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
