baru kali ini diet hitung2an kalori😄
biasanya mkn aja yg penting sehat dan mudah dicerna tubuh...
skrg sy sedang ocd, awal start 62kg skrg sdh 59kg, mudah2an sukses. sehat, sehat, sehat!!!
59 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
