Angel is doing her bootcamp school tour this week, which means we're not meeting as a group, but she said we are more than welcome to follow her and get free classes. I couldn't go yesterday because I was cramping badly. But I texted her today about having lost 3 to 4 pounds, and she asked if I would go tomorrow. It depends on if I feel icky or not. Being on your period when you're trying to do a hundred jumping jacks is not my idea of a good time.
So, the plan is this: Starting next week, we're having bootcamp Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. I'm going to take those days and Saturdays, as well, since I really need to be active.
One of my students looked at me today and said I look like I'm losing weight. I gave her extra credit LOL
