I thought the sodium in yesterday's lobster would have been horrendous on my water retention and by association my weight but apparently it hasnt. The pounds keep coming off, and im rarely hungry. Impressive
64.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
