117 days down 41.5 lbs Started on med-prednisone in Dec for Back injury, but I still KETO’d on.
Adjusting for next level and a new goal. I have 1.2 to go to my first Goal. 193 lbs will be my next Goal ( weight from Aug 2009). Likely to back away from the lowest Carb intake and add more veggies, that I Love to eat more now.
