生酮飲食要求無碳很嚴格,我也是從低碳低糖開始才進入生酮,我經驗第三天生酮感冒症狀在早上頭有點疼想睡,到下午至今都還OK,水喝夠多沒有便秘沒有口臭問題😬早上牛仔褲少十公分有腰身了哈哈超開心
