Thank you to my friend who shared some weight watchers secrets with me!!! I was trying to do 1200 calories per day and hungry all the time... it was not doable for the long run. Since I started allowing as much veggies and fruits as I want and eating lots of eggs the weight has started to come off much faster- and I’m much more happy!!
