Ah ha, feel like I’ve broken the back of it now, 7lb lost, 2 weeks into Veganuary. Just by stopping to eat meat and dairy I have lost weight and it’s better for the environment and animals :)
82.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
