I've recently saw my best friend drop 70lbs using WW. So i decided to give it a try along with my 2 closest girl friends we've taken WW on. So far 3 weeks into i have lost almost 9 lbs. It feels great but i find myself not following through on some days. I try not to beat myself up over it because it happens. I just follow Hank's advice "if you dont cheat on me, why would you cheat on yourself?". I have decided that i need to really take the time to discover who i am. Weight loss is 33% diet 33% excerise and 34% behavior. I have the first two steps down now its the 3rd step that ill be taking head on. Good luck to me!!!!
137.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 67.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

That's fantastic work in 3 weeks, so well done!! So long as you do well on most days, I don't think it does too much harm to be a bit "naughty" now and then. I'm certainly not perfect but have dropped 30lbs in 4 months... still to my amazement! But WW is a great plan and so flexible... so you can still manage to have treats when you need them. Wishing you lots of success with further loses... just keep it up and you will get there. ;o)
