Fitness/nutrition pretty much consumes my lfe so I don't understand the gain. I upped my cardio and added an extra 2 hours...I didn't meet my goal of 2lbs and I am so close to 199 that a gain isn't what I need. I guess I need to push more this week. I don't know what to adjust, I guess I'll just eat fruit and salads this week and do 7 days in the gym instead of 6. So so sad after feeling so good all week, I thought I did great. What a disappointment.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
