Another healthy gain. And just remember everyone. Yes it’s the holidays. Yes there is plenty of junk to eat. Don’t use it as an excuse to go excessive, but splurge a little. Find that in between. Helps to keep your sanity, and makes your dieting much easier long term. 👍🏼
