Extremely disappointed in myself today. While I only gained 0.5lbs, I know that I chose to mentally fall off the wagon. I need to go back to watching my calories and my fat and protein ratios. I also need to be more disciplined on the weekends... otherwise, I'm just shooting myself in the foot. I need to get my shit together, really.
