就是低碳斷糖的飲食
生酮是低碳高油脂也是斷糖,吃好油。
兩個相輔相成
我是吃低碳斷糖
簡單說先不吃所有糖類
麵包類。麵粉類。麵食製品。
當然水果太甜也要戒
這樣就會滿滿瘦
