after 4 days keto....
its not even a good start!!! when other lost 4-6 kilos in a week...
but lets continue the program till a month
lets see what keto can do for me 😅😅😅
60.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
