Very good week with a little progress, no exercising yet as work has been exhausting will start integrating it into my schedule next week, had no coffee all week except for Sunday a single expresso, lots of veg and water through-out the week, learning to not rush when I eat enjoying every bite eating little but often, saying no to fast food at my work. Only slip up was Sunday went for a catch up Sunday roast with good friends (always tough when out with people) I had the trio of meat roast, red wine and expresso with a mini desert (fruit crumble w/ custard) . (I have decided if I drink alcohol, coffee or junk food my day of health goes back to one) so tomorrow will be day one it seems to work for me if I get quite far it makes me double think if I realllly need to eat that chocolate brownie or have that cocktail is it worth breaking my record if its a yes then I don’t beat myself up for it I just enjoy it 🙂
