I now officially weigh what my driver's license says I weigh! 20 days until by birthday, I think I might be able to drop a few more... I am very happy with the results I am producing by staying active and eating better. I have been at this for 4 months and, although I haven't been perfect, I have stayed with it and made progress. I would love to think that I will reach my goal of 190 by July, but even if I don't, I know I will reach it eventually. I am doing this slowly so that I can continue to do this when I reach my goal. I used to be so focused on losing weight FAST, that I failed and quit before I could get used to doing things differently. Would I like to lose more than 5 pounds in a month? SURE I would, but what I am doing is LOSING WEIGHT. Slowly and steadily, I AM LOSING WEIGHT! That's really all I want. I am losing weight, getting healthier, and becoming able to do more. . .I can't ask for more than that.
