I just did my first "weigh-in" and I lost 3 lbs! I'm so excited but I know a lot of that is water. I'm going to keep trucking along, though!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
