Had to miss the dinner meal last night to offset damage done on Friday. Had a protein bar and granola bar instead. Good news this morning . All weight gain from two days ago gone.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
