Trouble after senior day baseball game. Unlimited access to large chocolate chip cookies and sheet cake. Refreshment stand gave away free hot dogs and off course I had to eat two. That was yesterday and today I am 1.4 pounds heavier. SAD but I will not let this stop me. I will learn from this.
101.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Well, Wayne, I'm sure you didn't eat 4900 calories extra yesterday, which is what you've had to have had, in order to actually gain 1.4 lbs. That means its just water weight, and it should go away fairly quickly. Today is a new day. Enjoy!
